How do I clear a fatal error:980 code from an OKI 610 printer

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's. Error 980 is a fuser error which could be caused by a paper jam. Power off the printer and wait about 5 minutes then open the top cover. At the back of the printer you will see a black unit with a yellow caution sticker on it, remove the fuser by unlocking the 2 blue latches. Check for any paper jams. Reinstall the fuser and lock the 2 blue latches back into the lock position, close the cover and power the printer on. If the error does not clear, the fuser unit will need to be replaced.
