Nokia 5140i

My Nokia 5140i screen is cracked and I cannot see anything. Need to download all my photo's and contacts. How do I get this done?

Even if the LCD screen of your Nokia 5140i is damaged, you can still have an access to its stored information like photos, videos, contacts, etc. This is by connecting the device to the computer. Please follow the instructions provided below on how to do this.

1. Connect the USB data cable of your phone to your computer

2. Click Start/Windows logo

3. Open My Computer/Computer

4. Locate the drive for your mobile device

5. Open the drive and copy the files that you wish to transfer by pressing the Ctrl + C

6. Paste the copied files to the Drive C:/D: of your computer by pressing the Ctrl + V
