Ats 211 Model (purchase A Year Ago).

The switch mounted by the door will not open the garage door.  All that is heard when the switch is presses, is a clicking sound.  The remote sensor in the family cr works fine wi no issues.  Is there any resetting or advice to make the switch trigger the door to open?
