Problem Printing With Windows7 To X9575 Wireless

I have 2 computers one has windows7 and I cannot print to myx9575. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software but keep getting a message that the printer is busy even though nothing else is printing. I have another computer with windowsxp which prints just fine. What can I do to get the windows7 to print. Thank you, Gordon

It will prompt that the printer is busy if the printer still detected a print job. It could be that there is a print job still on queue and has not yet been deleted from the list although it has already printed out. Next would be you can try to install using the downloaded driver, you can check this link for the drivers:
