Printer Says Problem With The Printer Head

A printhead error indicates that the printer thinks a failure has occurred in the printhead unit. Each printhead error has its own error code number. ... If the printer continues to display a Printhead Error message, make sure it is plugged straight to the wall and not through a surge device or power strip.
