How To I Update The Driver?
Where do I go online to update the Lexmark Genesis S815 driver? My Genesis won't scan and send to the computer anymore.

If you're using Macintosh, please visit the link below and download the update.
For windows OS, make sure that the firmware of the printer is updated. To easily install, please make sure to connect the usb cable from the printer to the computer. Launch Lexmark Printer Home -> Support -> Check for firmware updates.
