Frozen Ice Bin

Went out of town. I cannot remove the icemaker bin to get out the big chunks of stuck together ice. How do I remove the ice bin without breaking it?

There's no perfect answer for your problem but I suggest you turn the unit off & open the freezer door & use a hairdryer to melt the ice along the shelf guides. Be very cautious as to the amount of time the heat is put on the same spot. Best of luck.
