My Phone It's Stuck

when I power my phone on it stays stuck on the lg screen. I've tried the hidden menu and can'T get it to reboot either. How do I fix this

Hi. It will depend on the model. But generally, if the hidden menu (also known as a recovery menu) will not work, then you will likely need to have a firmware/ROM reload. We could be of some help on this here if you wish.
