Unable To Auto Adjust Grey

auto adjust grey is not giving us the go button, it keeps asking us to load paper which is already there.

Having just had this same problem and searching the net trying for an answer and only finding this, I found that using the side tray worked. Both cassettes came up asking for paper to be loaded, even though there was paper in them.
