The Headset Charging Cradle Touch Screen Is Not Turning On

The headset charging cradle touch screen is not turning on, have checked all the power cable what could be wrong

Ok it would be happened due to faulty power supply or their is an internal error as well but i suggest you to consult with jabra care they will tell you the way to solve this particular problem.
