My Kdx31mbs Automatically Turns On When I Put My Battery Switch On In My Boat.?

It is because the +12v connection for the ignition switch then becomes live. So turning on the radio. Putting an inline switch which you can turn off separately will solve that. Refer to page 27 of the user guide here:

The red wire is the switched supply and the yellow wire is always live to retain the memory.
