How Do I Turn It Up From Volume Min?
my player won't allow me to turn it up and keeps flashing volume mi

I would initially check that the speakers are connected OK. It could be a setting within the unit to protect the electronics. This is a user guide.

A reset may solve it. Try removing the power from the supply to allow the unit to discharge any energy held inside. Then re-power up after about 5 minutes and reset the time etc. You will also have to retune the stations.
