Model # H226c . Why Is The Power Shutting Off?

I have replaced the battery and the power still keeps shutting off. It is about 1 year old.

Since it's not the battery, it's likely the connection to the battery or another hardware issue. If it's under warranty, I suggest calling Huawei.

You may have to clean and adjust the battery contacts on the device, you might also want to try using it while connected to AC charger, If still unresolved then service is required.
