Surround Sound Connection

I just purchased a RCA RTB10323L Blu-ray Home Theater system. I am having a problem setting it up. I've done a basic setup and when i play a DVD, the center apeaker is the only one with sound. I can run the speaker test and all the speakers work as they should, Can someone assist me with the proper setup?
