Wont Power On

my hitachi 57f59a turned off and wont come back on push power button and hear the click but no front power light on and no green led on on circuit board no fuses blown

Symptom: Dead Set. Power supply chirps. E947 on the 115V and E943 on the 28V line is open.
Cause: Check all the fuses on the deflection pwb. Found E943 open and had a shorted 28V line on the Signal PWB. Check IK01, IK02 also caps, CK17, CK18, CK19, CK20 for short
