Hitachi 53dx01b Tv Set Convergence Problem, Not A Ford Problem

I dont know how to solder, is there a way to move the bars using the remote control for the tv set

this will require the old bad convergence output IC chip to be unsoldered, removed and new parts soldered back into place. Thenthe remote will be used to fine tune the new parts to give the best picture.

If you attempt to align with the bad parts inside the set, then it will not work and when the new parts are replaced then the remote control alignment could take hours to get back.

Expect a technician to charge around $300-$400 to repair
