Shut Down On A Hitachi 51f59j

push pwy. button relay click high voltage rise shut down instant.front led on chassic led on. customer reports screen turn red with lines before shutting off. check all fuses/ good check swithes ebc/appears good. check for cold solders jonits. reduceaaaa/c voltage no effect.
