Install Printer To Laptop

installed above printer to laptop but keep getting printer error message laptop is a Samsung with Windows 8

You cannot use HP Photosmart C7100 printer to your laptop if you did not install the compatible driver software for Windows 8 Operating System. You should use the software CD to install the driver software. If you do not have the CD, you can download the drive online at HP support website. Here's the link to the download page:

Install the driver software and restart your computer.
