Meaning The Message Of Printhead Latch Open

I got the message about Printhead Latch Open in my Printer HP Business Inkjet 2300, what is the meaning of that message and how i can solve that problem.

Make sure the printhead latch is properly secured and the printhead cover is closed. If the problem persists or if you require further explanation, you'll have to consult HP (use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/hewlett-packard/customer-service).
