Turning Only One Direction
My brand new cleaner, a Navigator Pro purchased about 2 months ago, is constantly only turning to the right. I took it into Pinch a Penny where I purchased it and they cleaned it and said it should work, but it doesn't. We have consistently had this problem since we purchased it and with the amount of money we spent want the product to work properly, as there is now algae forming on the bottom of our pool due to the fact that the cleaner is missing areas (because it's only turning one direction). Is this a common problem? Do I need to ask for an exchange or is there something I can do to fix it? It started getting considerably worse one week ago.
