Hayward Navigator Pro Problems

Our new navigator pro will just suddenly stop working. The pods or feet stop moving. We were told that it was a suction problem but we have check this out thoroughly. The pod even seem to freeze when you push on them. There isn't anything in there & the suction is good. Why is this happening, & what can I do to correct it? Our previous navigator lasted 10 years. We loved it, but this one is new & is having continuous problems.

Inside, there are two a frames that move the feet to make it go forward. when there is suction, a turbine inside spins and moves the a frames to move the feet. There could be a problem with these parts.
