Hayward Navigator Pro. Stopped Having Any Suction.

Ok so heres my issue. This pool cleaner was on the top step of my pool vacuming when all of a sudden it flips over and the hose shook like it was about to explode and then it just went dead and i keep trying different things but it will NOT regain suction. I turn it on and it's just air that goes through the water tank that had water gushing through it befor when it was working. This also resulted in my Airator not working. PLEASE HELP!

Inside the navigator, there is a wheel that turns when there is suction and a frames that control the feet that gives the cleaner movement. it sounds like there is a problem with either the a frames or the wheel so that one of the two is not moving.
