Pro Max Stealth 1200 Garage Door Will Not Close

Before it would be able to close with 1 touch of the button. Now you have to keep the button pushed down for it to close. When I let go midway, it opens back up?

I had similar issue. the jamb where the weather strip contacts the door had swelled or moved causing the door to stall the movement due to the additional friction. This told the operator it hit an object and did what it is designed to do which is retract upward. I just adjusted the rails away from the jamb an 1/8" to give it clearance and no problem since. It doesn't hurt to shoot wd-40 in the moving parts to avoid friction as well.
