Epson Xp-6000 Firmware Downgrade

How do I do the down grade on the firmware? I have tried so many different ways and nothing has helped. I feel like washing my hands of it and just find a different printer. I cant find any info on what the correct combination keys are to get into the recovery mode. And cant find any info on what firmware i am suppose to downgrade to. Its very frustrating, please help!
