Our Printer Prints But Cannot Get It To Scan

If you're doing something wrong, I have no way of identifying it--so your best course may be to choose a different scanning method. (Or you can review the instructions for the method you're using.) At this Canon page, link to any of the first 4 articles. Other articles on that page may also be helpful.
