I Have A Mx3000. The Alarm Lite I On, Hd H Info Panel Says Check Ink - Colour. W
Will the alarm lite come on if the color ink cartridge is empty? we only us black, but we leave the clor cartridge in the machine. How do we get the alarm lite off,and get the machine working again.Jack

I would suggest downloading the user guide from this link.

Then follow the procedure for cleaning. You may have to replace the colour cartridge as it has not been used much and may have dried up.
