Camera Set-up Not Working

We have a Bushnell 119446 Trail Cam & have been unsuccessful in using it. We have used it in the past, but now we cannot get it to work. The Set-up does not seem to be working. The screen appears blank no matter what we try to do. And yes, we did change the batteries :)
