Booting Asus P4sgl-vm/swa-uay Motherboard

Board boots straight into cmos seup, No matter how I change values, I cannot get past this point. When I save and exit cmos setup, the board powers down. What to do?

Have you tried removing everything and reseating it again. Did you also try to remove the CMOS battery for a couple minutes and putting it back in?

Try testing the board with only the CPU and one stick of RAM. Is it able to start now?
