Based on my research, there is no available driver software for your Western Digital WD6400H1Q-00 hard disk compatible with Windows 7 Operating System. In fact, hard disk drives do not require a driver software to work properly. All you need is to connect the device and the Operating System will automatically detect the device. Unfortunately, if you cannot use it on Windows 7, this device may not be compatible.
