Hp Simplesave External Hard Drive Recognized But Bot Accessible
I have a HPBAAD0020HBK - HP SimpleSave External Hard Drive 2 TBThe computer recognizes the simpledrive but it doesn´t read the information. it won't let me access the drive.

Go to system management and see if the drive is seen there first. A 3tb can take a while to come up if it is full. Does the light show on the drive as active?
You could try a program such as 'Glary utilities' which is free to diagnose the drive. Place another question with any more information that you can to help us give you a solution.
