Wd Element Not Recognize On Pc Laptop
Hi,I have a problem with interfacing WD element to my laptop (not recognize). Power supply is ok I've already replace the USB cable! but no way Please Help us. Thanks

If you have used the USB cable that came with the drive you should not have a problem. The power supply supplied will be sufficient but maybe your USB port is not USB 2 compatible. Check the support at the Western Digital site attached.
