Greetings - For your PUK, simply contact your carrier/service provider as it is a number connected to the sim card and not the phone.

Hello bishopmorris98 puk codes are usually issued by network service providers, in most cases it written on the sim pack which contains your sim card. If you have misplaced it, it is advisable to contact the customer service of your network provider.
