Aficio Mp Cannot Email More Than 1 Page

Hi, there are two things to check. First, on the scanner screen, select the File Type button on the left. For the file type, make sure it's not set to a 1-page format. If it is, select a multi-page format.

If that doesn't fix it, go to User Tools/Counter > Scanner Features > Send Settings, and for the Max Email Size setting, either increase the size or turn it off completely, then select OK.
