How Do Enter Job Codes?user Codes

Do you mean how to set up user codes?  If so you will first need to assign a code for each user (User Tools > System Settings > Administrator Tools > Address Book Management).  If you already have users created, you can simply assign a code to each user and then specify the rights that user will have (such as black and white copying, color printing, etc.).  If you haven't set up the users yet, select New Program from the address book and create a new user.  Under the Authentication tab, give them a user code and select the applicable permissions.

Then exit out of the address book and scroll down in the Administrator Tools tab, until you see User Code Management.  Select the functions to set user code management for.  (For example, if you select color copying, users will have to enter a code in order to make color copies, but not for black and white copies.)
