Ricoh Aficio Mp 3500 Will Not Load Black Toner

Hi, try gently rocking the black toner bottle back and forth several times. Sometimes the toner just clumps up in storage or transport. If that doesn't work, you'll probably need to call your service technician because it could be a bad toner pump, bad toner end sensor, clogged hose, or other problem that will need to be troubleshot.
