Printing From A Computer Website - Trying To Print Books From Website
We have the Ricoh Aticio MP7001 at a school district here in Spokane, WA. I assist the teachers in printing these booklets and am unable to get consistent good results with the Ricoh printer. I need tech support help if possible. I think it is with the settings I'm choosing. Thanks.

Hi, what exactly is the problem you're having? What settings are you choosing? Is the print quality bad, or are you getting error messages? Please provide as much information as possible so that we can help you.
If the print quality is light, you may need a developer change. If there are wavy lines, it could be the drum blade. If there are straight, choppy lines, it may be the hot roller. The more information you can provide, the better we can assist you.
