When Printing Envelopes Only, Toner Is Coming Out Other Than Just The Address

I have a RICHO aficio 2020D PCL 6 and everything works fine except when printing envelopes only, I feed the blank envelope thru the right side feeder for envelopes....when the envelope prints extra toner is dropping onto the front of the envelope and therefore, the address part smears a bit. It happens on every envelope print. How do I clean the toner/feeder tray, etc or fix??

Envelopes are generally thicker than regular paper, so when you feed envelopes you need to tell the printer you're using a different stock of paper. Set the printer for Envelope or Thick Paper, depending on your driver, and that should prevent the extra toner.
