Rca-rs-2521 Audio System Tape Deck Nr.1 Is Dragging!

tape deck NR.1 playback is slow and slurred, all other functions are normal. Is there a repair for this problem? If possible, where can it be repaired in the Co. Springs or Denver co. area. mfr. date is DEC. 2000.
