Pv Gs200 Window 7 Driver
with this driver, I can transfor what I recorded on the tape to digital file to be saved on a hard drive for later views?
did anyone ever try it since Panasonic official web shows they only offer a driver for window XP as the lasted driver?

I don't believe there are any available. I've seen where some folks claim to have been able to make the XP drivers work but I question that it would work at all.
From the info below it appears that Panasonic has no intention of making any drivers so you may be out of luck.
The following was taken from a response from Panasonic support to a user asking about a GS31 camcorder....
Dear MR XXXXXXXXX
Thank you for contacting Panasonic. We apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry and we hope that this has not caused you any inconvenience.
We apologize for the inconvenience but a Windows Vista driver is not available.
A video clip can be transferred directly to your PC via a DV Interface Cable (IEEE1394) using products and software, like Windows Movie Maker, that are OHCI (Open Host Controller Interface) compliant. Set the unit to Tape Playback Mode.
You can contact your local dealer for IEEE1394 products that will suit your needs.
A card reader can be used to transfer the images from the memory card.

I would suggest you to run the hardware and device troubleshooter in Windows 7 and check if it helps.

You can download the Vista software for your camcorder and install it in Vista compatibility mode and check if it gets detected.
If that doesn’t help, then uninstall and reinstall USB controllers.
To remove and reinstall all USB controllers, follow these steps:
1. Click on start and type “device manager” in the start search box and press enter.
2. Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
3. Right-click every device under the Universal Serial Bus controllers node, and then click Uninstall to remove them one at a time.
4. Restart the computer, and then reinstall the USB controllers.
5. Plug in the removable USB storage device, and then test to make sure that the issue is resolved.
