How Do I Reset The Password?
I bought one of these a while back and had no problems with it for a long time. My modem went down and when I got a new one I didn't need it for a while because it was a router as well. I have now moved and had to get a new modem which is not a router. I have attempted to reset the negear password several times. On each ocation it said that the password was incorrect. It would show that we had connection to the network but not the internet. The internet service provider changed the defaut IP to (192.168.1.10). I atempted to get the mac information and was denied access. One last note, all of the lights on the netgear system were green.
