Hi, if you have the router set to automatically check for new firmware, then when you log in to the router's web page it will check for firmware and ask if you want to install it (if it finds a new version).
If you don't have the automatic firmware check enabled, you can find the instructions for updating firmware manually on page 6-10 of the router's reference manual.
