Printer Stops Halfway
When I try to print it is very hesitant to get started and then when it does start printing it will get half way through a page and just stop. I have a really hard time getting it to print a whole document. Also after it has stopped printing and I push the cancel print button to try to clear it out, it starts printing a bunch of jibberish. Then it just keeps printing jibberish until I pull the paper tray out so it will quit printing. I have done everything the manual suggests you do, i.e. turn the printer off; unplug the printer from the power source and plug it up again; and disconnect the USB connection and connect it again.

Hi jharrison64
I would suggest you to take a stand alone print out to check the hardware functionality of the printer. If it works fine, means the printer hardware is fine and the issue is related to software. To resolve the issue, I would recommend you to reinstall the printer software.
To uninstall the printer software please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Click Start.
2 Click All Programs or Programs, and then select the printer program folder from the list.
3 Click the uninstaller.
4 Follow the instructions on the computer screen.
5 Once the uninstall process is complete, restart your computer.
After that click on the link mentioned below to reinstall the printer software, before you start installation ensure that select Operating System has been selected.
