Lexmark Ms310d
I was issued a new printer without instructions. It is a week old, hardly used and not working properly. What does it mean when the exclamation point is lit up?

It could mean a number of things. Please refer to page 104 of the User's Manual which explains the error lights and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
