Kyocera Km-1650 Print Mode Error

I can't clear a print mode error arrow on our Kyocera KM-1650. Can anyone help?

Usually when this happens the machine is looking for a specific size paper that it is not seeing. What your customer can try is to push the Print button, arrow down to Go and press the Enter/Go button.
