Battery Replacement
My Jabra Crusier2 will not charge. Does that mean I need a new battery? If so, where can I get the battery replaced?

Unfortunately, the battery in most Jabra devices is not replaceable. If the product was purchased within the past year, Jabra can replace it under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty agreement.
