Jabra Cruiser2 Setup Problem

When Jabra Cruiser2 is powered on ( non FM Mode ) it plays music.. Like startup music or something !! Can this music be switched off in any way ? I do not wish to use the FM function if possible ( but I may have to I suspect ). Inbound calls work fine and are answered fine and audio is fine at both ends. Outbound calls however do not enable hearing called party at all, ( almost as if it has not automatically transferred to unit ) though they can hear me fine. When you dial out on the phone, the music is muted & the call is placed by phone but I hear no sound from the Jabra unit's speaker. Any suggestion ? I have not been able to get a response at all from Jabra Technical support so far. Mike

The Jabra Cruiser2 doesn't "play music" on its own - it doesn't have music (other than simple tones) in its firmware. I suspect it's playing music that's stored on your phone. I would suggest resetting both devices:

Remove the Cruiser2 from the paired device list in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Turn your phone off and remove its battery for 15 seconds. Reset the Jabra Cruiser2 by turning it ON and pressing Answer/End, Vol+ and the FM button simultaneously until you hear it go into pairing mode. Turn the unit OFF. Turn your phone and Cruiser2 ON and pair the two devices again. This should resolve the issue.
