Jabra Cruiser2 Ringing When It Shouldn't

I've had my handsfree car unit on my car visor for over a year and it has just started ringing every 4-5 seconds when I turn it on. It will connect with my blackberry while still ringing and even let me make calls and talk but the ringing never stops. I've tried turning it off and on multiple times. Pressing the end call button (blue phone) on the device doesn't stop the ringing either. Is there an easy way to remove the battery and reinstall to see if that works? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would suggest you reset the phone (if possible) as well as your Jabra Cruiser2. To reset your phone, simply turn it OFF and remove its battery (if possible) for at least 15 seconds.

To reset the Jabra Cruiser2, turn the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end, volume + and FM buttons simultaneously until the voice indicates that it's in pairing mode. Turn the unit OFF and the ON again and it should start up in pairing mode.

Replace the battery in your phone and turn it ON. Once the Cruiser2 is in pairing mode, you should be able to "find" and add it as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu. This should clear up the issue you've been having.
