My Cruiser 2 Is No Longer Coming On But The Battery Is Fully Charge

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Jabra Cruiser2. The first question I'd ask is do you see any lights on the Cruiser2 when you turn it on? Since the Cruiser2 makes announcements when you turn it on and off, I believe this could only be resolved through warranty replacement (if applicable). Please call Jabra's Product Support Group in your region for assistance. In North America, the number is 800-327-2230 or you can email [email protected]. For other regions, check the Quickstart Guide that came with the Cruiser2.
