Jabrway Freeway Battery Is Dead, Needs Replacement

I want to replace Jabra Freeway battery since mine's battery is dead and will not charge. Are there replacement batteries out there ? guide for replacing battery ? What are the specs of this battery ?It used to give almost 3 weeks or even more stand by and then gradually started to decrease and one day it won't charge. I have used it for good couple of years. Now I need above information so that I could see how to change / get new battery.
