Printer Takes More Then 1sheet At A Time When Printing Hp 8400 Series

Hi, paper trays typically use either a separation roller or separation friction pad to make sure that only 1 page feeds at a time. Check this roller or pad for wear; if it is worn down, it won't prevent extra pages from feeding. Replacing this roller or pad will likely solve your problem. (If it doesn't, you may need to replace the small clutch that controls that roller or pad.)
